This position includes working with Primary Care BH (PCBH) & Specialty BH programs, providing case management, OPTUM Targeted Care Coordination and coordination of care for PCBH. This position also includes a supervisory and program development role. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and be licensed or license-eligible in Idaho.
